THEORICAL SESSION.
Today, we continued with the Lesson 1. We were talked about the aerobic which is an activity that you do everyday. It is important to improve the endurance.
We also talked about the educative value of Physical Education in Primary. Moreover, we were talked about why is important to do exercise and we watched a video. I have found another video which is very motivated and appear some good sportsman and sportswoman.

We did another activity. The activity 2.
This activity is about concepts realted to Physical Education. We did the activity in pairs.
We had to read the concepts and many definitions and we had to choose a concept and his correct definition. In total, we had 14 concepts like Sport, Exercise, Cool down, Physical fitness.
Examples . Sport: a type of activity that is usually planned, structured, and governed by a set of rules or customes, and often engaged in competitively.
Nonlocomotor skills: Movement of the body performed from a relatively stabe base of support. Examples include bending, strething, twisting, turning, leaning, swaying and swinging.
We corrected this activity with the whole class in order to say our opinions. And listened different opinions.

OPINION
I think that this activity is very useful in order to introduce the subject because we have to know some concepts related to PE to follow better the subject. It is important to know what is sport, physical education, the child etc. Besides, I agree with what we were talking about the importance of doing exercise because It is important to be a healthy person and to be physical active. I think that everybody can do a minimum exercise per day.
